INSTRUCTIONS FOR CURBSIDE DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle and CALL 949-481-8387 with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Pet’s Name
  • Color/make of vehicle
  • Please state whether you are picking up or dropping off your pet

One of our team members will then contact you by phone with further details & instructions for your pet’s visit.

Rx / FOOD PICK-UP

Please fill out and submit a Rx Refill Request Form on our website under Forms and allow 24-48 hours for processing.

A team member will contact you by phone for further information if needed and to process payment.

ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS

*ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING WHEN INTERACTING WITH TEAM MEMBERS. WE ALSO ASK THAT YOU PLEASE HAVE YOUR PET READY AND WAITING OUTSIDE OF YOUR VEHICLE WHEN A TEAM MEMBER COMES OUT TO GET THEM*
